ABOUT ME:

I was born and raised in Pickerington, Ohio. I graduated from Pickerington High School with a 3.86 G.P.A. (12th out of 335 students), studying college preparatory courses. Activities while in high school included track and field, volleyball, choir, chorale (show choir), National Honor Society, German Club, Students Against Drunk Driving, and the youth group at Peace United Methodist Church.

 

I attended Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio where I majored in Business/Organizational Communications and minored in Public Relations. I graduated Cum Laude (3.71 G.P.A.) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. I was a member of the college yearbook staff and Tau Delta Sorority. I worked part-time while attending Otterbein, including a sales clerk at a local Hallmark store and a student assistant at the Otterbein University Registrar's Office. I currently reside in the New Albany area where I have lived more than 17 years. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering my time at New Albany-Plain Local Schools, Central College Presbyterian Church in Westerville, and in my neighborhood.

 

My hobbies include hiking, camping, watching Ohio State football and spending time with my family and pets. I love animals and am a supporter of the Capital Area Humane Society, Delaware County Humane Society, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and the Ohio Wildlife Center.
